Logistics Ops Server Modernisation
The Problem
The company was running its operations on an ageing on-prem server that hosted shared folders, a small database, and a few internal tools used by the ops team daily. Backups were manual and restore was untested. When the server slowed down or went offline, dispatch and customer updates stalled.
Our Solution
We scoped the environment and planned a phased migration to reduce disruption. Shared folders were moved to cloud storage with proper access controls, core workloads were migrated with minimal refactoring, and monitoring plus automated backups were set up. Cutover was executed during a low activity window with rollback steps prepared so operations were not interrupted.
